CUT TO SHAPE

The "Cut to Shape" backing is undoubtedly the most popular option in the market, and it's not hard to see why.

This backing design choice beautifully follows the contours of your sign. The backing perfectly hugs the edges of the LED strip, seamlessly rounding off additional sections in between. This skilful tracing of a substantial portion of the sign's LED strip results in its exceptional aesthetic appeal.

Moreover, this design not only provides a stunning shape for your sign, but it also offers ample support for the entire LED strip mounted on the backing. This versatility makes for an easy DIY installation, and should you ever need to uninstall, transport and reinstall at a new location, rest assure you're in great hands!

WHOLE BOARD (SQUARE/RECTANGLE)

The "Whole Board" backing option provides the greatest amount of coverage in terms of total area (width * height), making it an extremely robust, easy-to-transport, handle, and carry product that is effortless to move around.

Although it may not be as visually striking as the "Cut to Shape" option, it is particularly popular among customers who are interested in purchasing extra-large signage.

CUT TO LETTER

The "Cut to Letter" backing option stands out as the epitome of minimalistic design. By minimising the backing, the LED strip becomes the central focal point of the sign, making it the primary visible element. This design choice evokes memories of the old-school glass neon signs from yesteryears, providing a touch of nostalgia and vintage charm.

It is important to note that the "Cut to Letter" sign is the most delicate of all the backing shapes due to its minimalistic structure. As a result, we advise our customers to exercise extra caution when unboxing and installing the product.

CIRCULAR

The "Circular" backing shape is typically recommended for signs that have a predominantly round shape, as it allows for a seamless match between the shape of the sign and the backing area. However, we have also had customers opt for the "Circular" backing shape when they planned to install the sign in a round space, resulting in a perfect fit regardless of the design chosen.

Using a circular backing shape provides a complete and supportive backing board for the LED strip, making it an excellent choice for both interior and exterior decor projects.
