THE START

Neon4Business was founded in Shoreditch, London towards the end of the Covid lockdown era, when many businesses were patiently waiting and tentatively planning ahead for their re-opening. As a provider of personalised LED neon signs, we saw an opportunity to help these businesses bring joy, personality, and company culture all through light at a time when it had all gone dark.

Since then, we've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of businesses, from startups to corporates, to help them showcase their brand and create a unique atmosphere in their spaces. Our customers come to us for a variety of reasons, including sustainability, a desire for a more contemporary and vibrant looking space, and with larger customers, the need to aesthetically "connect" their brand across their multiple locations.

With the ability to customise designs, colours, logos, fonts, and many more, we're able to bring out that brand identity which makes each of our clients unique.

THE TEAM

We are a small team of entrepreneurs 🚀, creatives 🎨, data scientists 📊, passionate sales & customer support people 🧞‍♂️ and more. We're spread out throughout three continents, with our core team based across the UK 🇬🇧👑, with our main office at WeWork in Central London, and additional team members in El Salvador 🇸🇻🏖️, Hong Kong 🇭🇰🌃 and the USA 🇺🇸🗽.

Our focus has always been on quality Customer Service. We want our customers to remember their customer experience just as much as they love their LED signs. You’ll always have direct access to us via phone, whatsapp, email, slack, etc; we don’t deal in “chatbot” support or “help-yourself” responses, no matter where you are we want you to feel like you’re chatting with a colleague that’s just down the road from you, rather than an infamous, protracted support ticket.
